Regulations of the electric bicycle rental service
§1 General provisions
- The Regulations set out the rules for the use of Romet electric bicycle rental services
- The owner of the rental is POKOJE NA WYNAJEM Anna Kania ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 1B, 37-300 Lezajsk NIP: 8161411089 REGON: 369500395
- Each customer renting a bicycle is obliged to read and comply with the regulations.
§2. rental conditions
- A bicycle can be rented by a person:
- An adult (at least 18 years of age),
- having a valid identity document (ID card or passport),
- accepting the terms of the regulations.
- Minors may use the bicycle only under the supervision of an adult and at their risk.
- A refundable deposit of PLN 50 is required.
- The rental fee is charged according to the current price list available in the rental office and on the website pokojenawynajem.lezajsk.pl
§3 Rules of bicycle use
- Use the bicycle in accordance with its intended use, traffic regulations and safety rules.
- Prohibited:
- Exceeding the maximum load (120 kg),
- Using a bicycle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants,
- Carrying a second person (unless the bicycle is equipped for this),
- Modify, dismantle or repair the bicycle without permission of the rental company.
- Secure the bicycle while parked, using the provided safety device (cable or lock).
- In the event of any malfunction or failure, the customer must immediately notify the rental company and stop using the bicycle.
§4 Customer responsibility
- The customer is fully responsible for the rented bicycle from the time of collection until its return.
- In the case of:
- damage to the bicycle through the fault of the customer - the customer bears the cost of repair,
- loss of the bicycle - the customer bears the cost equal to the market value of the bicycle (currently: PLN 7,000),
- delayed return - an additional fee is charged in accordance with the price list.
- The rental company is not responsible for damage caused to third parties during the use of the bicycle by the customer.
§5 Return of the bicycle
- The bicycle must be returned by the agreed date and in a condition not deteriorated beyond normal wear and tear.
- In case of early return of the bicycle, the fee is not refundable (unless otherwise specified).
- The employee of the rental company has the right to inspect the bicycle and write a report of acceptance.
§6 Final provisions
- The rental company reserves the right to refuse to rent a bicycle without giving any reason.
- The regulations are available at the rental office and on the website.
- Use of the bicycle rental service implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
