Regulations of the electric bicycle rental service<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\u00a71 General provisions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. The Regulations set out the rules for the use of Romet electric bicycle rental services<\/li>\n
  2. The owner of the rental is POKOJE NA WYNAJEM Anna Kania ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 1B, 37-300 Lezajsk NIP: 8161411089 REGON: 369500395<\/li>\n
  3. Each customer renting a bicycle is obliged to read and comply with the regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a72. rental conditions<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. A bicycle can be rented by a person:\n
        \n
      • An adult (at least 18 years of age),<\/li>\n
      • having a valid identity document (ID card or passport),<\/li>\n
      • accepting the terms of the regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Minors may use the bicycle only under the supervision of an adult and at their risk.<\/li>\n
      • A refundable deposit of PLN 50 is required.<\/li>\n
      • The rental fee is charged according to the current price list available in the rental office and on the website pokojenawynajem.lezajsk.pl<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a73 Rules of bicycle use<\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. Use the bicycle in accordance with its intended use, traffic regulations and safety rules.<\/li>\n
        2. Prohibited:\n
            \n
          • Exceeding the maximum load (120 kg),<\/li>\n
          • Using a bicycle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants,<\/li>\n
          • Carrying a second person (unless the bicycle is equipped for this),<\/li>\n
          • Modify, dismantle or repair the bicycle without permission of the rental company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Secure the bicycle while parked, using the provided safety device (cable or lock).<\/li>\n
          • In the event of any malfunction or failure, the customer must immediately notify the rental company and stop using the bicycle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \u00a74 Customer responsibility<\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. The customer is fully responsible for the rented bicycle from the time of collection until its return.<\/li>\n
            2. In the case of:\n
                \n
              • damage to the bicycle through the fault of the customer - the customer bears the cost of repair,<\/li>\n
              • loss of the bicycle - the customer bears the cost equal to the market value of the bicycle (currently: PLN 7,000),<\/li>\n
              • delayed return - an additional fee is charged in accordance with the price list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • The rental company is not responsible for damage caused to third parties during the use of the bicycle by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                \u00a75 Return of the bicycle<\/h2>\n
                  \n
                1. The bicycle must be returned by the agreed date and in a condition not deteriorated beyond normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n
                2. In case of early return of the bicycle, the fee is not refundable (unless otherwise specified).<\/li>\n
                3. The employee of the rental company has the right to inspect the bicycle and write a report of acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  \u00a76 Final provisions<\/h2>\n
                    \n
                  1. The rental company reserves the right to refuse to rent a bicycle without giving any reason.<\/li>\n
                  2. The regulations are available at the rental office and on the website.<\/li>\n
                  3. Use of the bicycle rental service implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
                  4.
